Nuance Audio™ App

The Nuance Audio™ App, available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, is designed to activate, personalize, and control the hearing aid features of Nuance Audio™ Plus.
The App can only be used with Nuance Audio™ Plus and is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Yes, when you purchase your Glasses, the store associate will create an account for you to activate your Glasses. Once the Glasses are activated succesfully, they can be used without the support of the mobile App. In that case, you will need to purchase the Remote Plus to setup and control your Glasses. Glasses firmware upgrades will be available only in the stores if you are not using the mobile App.

You would lose the following settings and functionalities if you use Nuance Audio™ Plus without its companion Nuance Audio™ App:
•    Background noise control
•    Noise tracking presentation
•    Glasses battery level presentation during use 
•    All advanced features and personalizations

Note: Personalized calibration, language selection and preset selection is possible using Remote Control Plus.
