You can download the Nuance Audio App in two ways:

Using the QR code

• Locate the QR code inside the packaging lid or in the activation section of the User Guide.
• Scan the QR code using your device's camera or a QR code scanner. You will be directed to the appropriate App store.

Searching manually

• On iPhone, open the Apple App Store.
• On Android, open the Google Play Store.
• Search for "Nuance Audio™ Plus".
• Select the official Nuance Audio™ App.

To install the App:

• Tap the App icon to view details.
• Tap "Get" (iOS) or "Install" (Android).
• If prompted, confirm the download using your password, Face ID, Touch ID, or other authentication method enabled on your device.

Once installation is complete, open the App and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Nuance Audio™ Plus and start using its features.

L'application Nuance Audio™ est compatible avec les téléphones intelligents iOS à partir d’iOS 16+, version 0.3.7 et suivantes.  Pour les téléphones intelligents Android, elle commence à partir d’Android 12 avec SDK 24, version 0.4.1 et suivantes.

L'application Nuance Audio™ n'est pas compatible avec les téléphones intelligents Huawei qui utilisent le système HMS (Huawei Mobile Services), car elle ne prend pas en charge HMS.

L'app Nuance Audio™ est désormais disponible en anglais et dans d'autres langues aux États-Unis, dans les pays de l'UE et de l'EEE. Yes, the Nuance Audio™ App is compatible with Apple Watch (from iOS 10+) with 40 mm or larger display.
Android smartwatches are not supported.

Oui, l'application Nuance Audio™ vous indiquera quand et comment faire les mises à jour. Elle vous aidera également à mettre à jour le logiciel en toute sécurité et simplicité. 

To keep your Nuance Audio™ Plus performing at its best, we recommend keeping the firmware up to date.

Before you begin:

• Make sure the Glasses battery level is above 20%
• Ensure your smartphone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network

To check for updates:

1. Open the Nuance Audio™ App on your mobile device
2. Tap the Menu icon in the bottom-right corner of the Home page
3. Select "My Glasses"
4. If a firmware update is available, a notification banner will appear

To install the update: follow the on-screen instructions in the App to complete the firmware update.

Automatic updates
Automatic updates while charging are enabled by default. To manage this setting:
Go to Menu > My Glasses > Update Available > Automatic Updates

Updates while charging: when the Glasses are placed on the charger and the battery level is above 5%, the App automatically checks for available firmware updates.

If you experience any issues during the update process, please contact the Nuance Support Center for assistance.

If you use Nuance Audio™ Remote Plus without the App, firmware updates must be performed in-store. You will be notified when an update is available.
